Terms of service

These terms apply to the services run at asena.fun: the website, the pairing page, the dashboard (app.asena.fun) and the Asena server (api.asena.fun). By using them you agree to these terms.
The Asena software itself is open source under the MIT license. If you run your own copy without our services, only that license applies.
Not affiliated with WhatsApp
Asena is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner.
Asena connects to WhatsApp the way a linked device does. WhatsApp may limit or ban accounts that it believes are automated or that break its terms. You use Asena at your own risk, and you are responsible for following WhatsApp's terms.
Your account and your bots
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
- Only link WhatsApp numbers that you own or are allowed to use.
- Keep your session IDs secret. Anyone with a session ID can run that WhatsApp account. We cannot recover a lost session ID; refresh the session instead.
- You are responsible for what your bots do and for everything sent from your numbers.
Acceptable use
Do not use Asena or our services to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or scams
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone
- share illegal content, or content that exploits children
- collect people's data without their consent
- attack, overload or probe our servers, or use keep-alive jobs to target sites you do not control
- get around limits such as the number of bots, pairings or jobs
We may limit, suspend or delete accounts, bots or sessions that break these rules, or that put the service or other users at risk.
The service
The pairing server, session storage, dashboard and keep-alive jobs are offered free of charge, as is, without any guarantee that they will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service. We will try to give notice of big changes, but cannot always.
Keep your own backups of anything important. If our service stops, bots that use a session ID will stop too; bots linked in the terminal keep running.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or banned or restricted WhatsApp accounts that come from using Asena or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free service is zero.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may end your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
